Business profile & legal settings

The one place for your business identity and compliance settings — name, address, logo, GSTIN, FSSAI and the GST period lock.

Your Business Profile is where your shop's identity and legal/compliance settings live. It's the source everything else pulls from — invoices, GST returns, website and marketplace listing.

Business identity

  • Name, address, phone, email — printed on invoices and shown online.
  • Logo — on invoices, your website and shared links.

The compliance fields sit here too:

  • GSTIN — enables GST tax invoices and GSTR-1.
  • FSSAI — for food businesses.
  • GST period lock — freezes filed periods so old bills can't change.

On a multi-shop account, these legal settings live on the Main branch, because they apply to the whole registered business (one GSTIN across all shops). Individual branches can still have their own address/contact.

Keep it current

Because so much flows from here, keep it accurate — a wrong GSTIN or address ripples into every invoice and your GST return. Update it whenever your details change.
