Login & security

How you log in, changing your password, managing the devices you're signed in on, and using staff logins so you never share your password.

Your Storeflea account holds your money data, so a little login hygiene goes a long way.

How you log in

You sign in with your mobile number + password (via the Owner login; staff use Staff login). Your number also receives OTPs / verification links for sign-up and password reset, plus important account alerts — so keep it current.

Change your password & manage devices

In Privacy & Security settings you can:

  • Change your password — and for safety, a password change logs you out of every device, so you sign in again with the new one.
  • See your active sessions (the devices you're signed in on) and revoke any one — handy if you used a shared computer or lost a phone.

A password reset (via Forgot password) also logs out all devices.

Keep your account safe

  • Don't share your password. Add staff logins instead, each with only the permissions they need (see Add staff).
  • Use a strong, unique password and change it if you suspect it's known.
  • Keep your registered mobile/email up to date so security messages and payment invoices reach you.
  • On a shared or public device, log out (or revoke that session later).

Least-access for staff

The safest setup is least access: grant each staff member only the permissions and shops they need (see Permissions & designations). If someone leaves, revoke their access — no password change needed, because they never had yours.

Business-wide and sensitive areas (accounting, legal settings, the wallet) live on Main and should stay with owners/admins only.

Frequently asked

How do I change my Storeflea password?

In Privacy & Security settings, use Change password. For safety, changing your password logs you out of every device, so you sign back in with the new one. If you've forgotten it, use Forgot password to reset via a WhatsApp link or code.

Can I see and log out other devices I'm signed in on?

Yes. Privacy & Security shows your active sessions (the devices you're logged in on), and you can revoke any one — useful if you used a shared computer or lost a phone. A password change or reset logs out all devices at once.

How do I let staff help without sharing my password?

Add each person as a staff member with their own login and only the permissions they need (and, on multi-shop, only their shops). You keep control, actions trace to individuals, and you can revoke their access any time without changing your own password.
