Subscription & payments
Understand Storeflea's free start and paid plans, how to pay, and where your payment invoices go.
Storeflea is free to start, with paid plans that unlock higher limits and advanced features. This page covers paying Storeflea itself (not billing your own customers).
Free vs paid
- Free — core billing, inventory and customers to run a shop.
- Paid plans — higher limits and advanced capabilities (deeper accounting, more marketing, multi-shop scale, etc.).
Pick the plan that matches how you use Storeflea; upgrade as you grow.
Paying
Pay online for your plan. On renewal you can also make plan/subscription changes where offered (for example, adjusting your website subdomain during a pay-now renewal).
Your payment invoices
When you pay Storeflea, an invoice for that payment is generated and emailed to you automatically, so you have a record for your own books. Keep the account email current so these reach you.
Keeping service uninterrupted
Renew before expiry so features that depend on an active plan (like messaging volume or website hosting) don't pause. Storeflea will indicate when a renewal is due.
Your plan is separate from your wallet: the plan unlocks features, while the wallet is a prepaid balance for usage — WhatsApp messages, website and QR sheets. See the Wallet guide.
