Wallet
Your account's single prepaid balance — one wallet that pays for WhatsApp messages, your website, and QR sticker sheets. Top it up in one place.
The Wallet is a single prepaid balance for your whole account. It funds several paid things across Storeflea, so you top it up once and it covers them all. You'll find it with your Subscription.
What the wallet pays for
- WhatsApp marketing — Storeflea's ₹0.15 per message fee (on your own Meta number). Automatic birthday/anniversary wishes are free.
- Your website — buying and renewing your online store is paid from the wallet (auto-renew draws from it at expiry).
- QR sticker sheets — generating printable QR sheets (product tags, loyalty cards) is charged to the wallet.
It's one balance for all three — not a WhatsApp-only wallet.
Reserve, settle, release (WhatsApp)
For WhatsApp campaigns the wallet uses a reserve-and-settle model:
- Reserve — when you send a campaign, the estimated cost is held.
- Settle — as messages actually send, the held amount is drawn down to the real count.
- Release — anything reserved but not used is returned to your balance.
So you only pay for messages that truly went out.
Meta's charges are separate
For WhatsApp on your own Meta number, the wallet covers only Storeflea's ₹0.15/message fee — WhatsApp's own conversation/template fees are billed by Meta directly to your account. (Send from Storeflea's shared number instead and you simply pay from the wallet.)
Topping up
Keep a buffer so nothing is blocked — a low balance can stop a campaign mid-way, or prevent a website auto-renew or a QR sheet. Top up from your Subscription screen.
Business-wide
On a multi-shop account the wallet is shared across all shops (it lives on the account, not a branch), even though campaigns are shop-tagged. One balance funds everything.
Frequently asked
What is the wallet used for in Storeflea?
It's a single prepaid balance for your account that pays for three things: WhatsApp marketing (Storeflea's ₹0.15/message fee; wishes are free), your website (purchase and renewal), and generating QR sticker sheets (product tags and loyalty cards). It's not a WhatsApp-only wallet.
How does the wallet charge for a WhatsApp campaign?
With a reserve-and-settle model: it holds the estimated cost when you send, settles to the actual sent count, and releases anything unused. On your own Meta number the wallet covers only Storeflea's ₹0.15/message fee; Meta bills its own charges to you directly.
Is the wallet per shop or shared?
It's shared across the whole account — one balance funds all shops (and the website and QR sheets), even though campaigns are tagged by shop. You manage top-ups in one place on Main, with your Subscription.
