Enrol members, then points accrue
Loyalty is a membership — enrol a customer as a member (and optionally link a physical QR card to them). Once enrolled, points build up automatically as they buy, per your rules: for example, per rupee spent, or by slabs (spend brackets). Tiers let bigger spenders earn faster or unlock better value.
The digital card
Each customer gets a digital QR loyalty card and a link to view their points — no physical card to lose. Show the QR at the counter to identify them.
Redeeming points
Redemption is applied as a tender line on the bill — points knock down what the customer pays, like cash does. Two things to know:
- Redemption works on paid bills; a credit (udhaar) bill can't redeem points (they can still earn per your rules).
- The point-to-rupee value is whatever you set during setup.
Promote the programme with WhatsApp — pair it with Wish your customer so a birthday message can carry a points offer.
