Wish your customer

Automatically send birthday and anniversary WhatsApp wishes — optionally with a claimable offer — using approved message templates.

Quick steps

  1. 1

    Capture dates

Add birthday and/or anniversary to your customers' profiles.

  2. 2

    Turn on auto-wishes

Enable birthday/anniversary wishes and pick the WhatsApp template to send.

  3. 3

    Attach an offer (optional)

Include a claimable offer in the wish to bring them back to the shop.

  4. 4

    Let it run

On each customer's day, Storeflea sends the wish automatically.

A birthday message with a small offer is one of the cheapest ways to bring a customer back. Storeflea sends these automatically so you never miss a date.

How it works

Once you've captured birthday / anniversary dates on customer profiles and enabled wishes, Storeflea sends a WhatsApp message on the right day — hands-off. You can attach a claimable offer so the wish also drives a return visit.

Approved templates

Because these are marketing messages on WhatsApp, they use a Meta-approved template. Storeflea provides and sets up the wish templates — you don't author them yourself. A template appears as ready once it's set up, and some languages switch on as their templates are approved (for example, Hindi wishes go live once the Hindi templates are approved). This keeps your number in good standing and messages deliverable.

Why capture dates

No dates, no wishes. Make it a habit to ask for a birthday when adding a regular — it pays back every year.

This pairs naturally with Loyalty — the claimable offer can nudge a points redemption or a tier upgrade.

Frequently asked

Can Storeflea send automatic birthday messages to customers on WhatsApp?

Yes. Add birthday/anniversary dates to customer profiles and enable Wish your customer. On each customer's day, Storeflea automatically sends a WhatsApp wish — optionally with a claimable offer — using a Meta-approved message template.

Do I have to create the WhatsApp wish template myself?

No. Wishes are marketing messages, which Meta requires to use approved templates — and Storeflea provides and sets up the wish templates for you. A template shows as ready once set up, and some languages (like Hindi) switch on as their templates are approved.
