Open Sign up
Go to storeflea.com and choose Create Account / Get started free.

Choose what you are
Pick Shopkeeper / Retailer or Distributor / Wholesaler.

Enter your WhatsApp number
Enter the WhatsApp number for your business and tap Send OTP.

Verify on WhatsApp
You get a verification link on WhatsApp — tap it to verify. (In some cases a 6-digit code is sent instead; type it in.)

Create your profile
Enter your full name and set a password (at least 6 characters).

Agree to the terms
Accept the legal consent to continue.

Add your business
Enter business name, category and address (a Google Maps link is optional), then Complete Onboarding.
Creating an account takes a couple of minutes and starts a one-month free trial with full access — no card required. You sign up with your WhatsApp number.
The sign-up flow
- What you are — choose Shopkeeper / Retailer or Distributor / Wholesaler.
- WhatsApp number — enter it and tap Send OTP.
- Verify on WhatsApp — Storeflea sends a verification link on WhatsApp; tap it to confirm the number is yours. There's usually no code to type — the link does it. (If a link can't be used, a 6-digit code is sent instead, which you enter on screen.)
- Create profile — your full name and a password (min 6 characters).
- Consent — accept the terms.
- Add business — business name, category (shop type) and address (building, street, city, state, PIN; a Google Maps link is optional and can be added later). Tap Complete Onboarding.
Then you land on your dashboard, ready to set up.
Logging in later
On the login screen there's an Owner login / Staff login toggle:
- Owner — your phone number + password.
- Staff — team members log in here (they set their password from an invite link — see Add staff).
Forgot your password? Use Forgot? — you'll verify on WhatsApp (a link or a code) and set a new one.
Your business code
Every account gets a shopkeeper-facing business code like
SF-XXXX-XXXXNo GSTIN is asked for at sign-up — you can bill without one and add it later in Business Profile. See Set up your shop.

How do I verify my number when signing up for Storeflea — is it an OTP?

Do I need a GST number to sign up for Storeflea?
No. Sign-up doesn't ask for a GSTIN, and you can bill without one. Add your GSTIN later in Business Profile to switch on GST tax invoices and GSTR-1.
Is Storeflea free when I start?
Yes — you start on a one-month free trial with full access and no card required. After the trial you keep your data on a free plan, and can upgrade to a paid plan for more.
How do staff log in versus owners?
The login screen has an Owner/Staff toggle. Owners log in with their phone number and password; staff use Staff login and set their own password from an invite link.
