Understand the dashboard
Tour the Storeflea dashboard — the welcome and setup checklist, today's sales, quick actions, and the shop switcher for multi-shop.
The dashboard (Home) is your landing screen after login. It shows the day's sales, gives one-tap quick actions, and — when you're new — guides you through setup.
First login: welcome & Tally
On your very first login you get a welcome popup announcing your 1-month free trial, followed by a separate Import from Tally prompt (if you're coming from Tally, you can migrate your books right away — see Tally import).
The setup checklist
A progress bar shows the onboarding checklist and hides itself once you're done. The steps, in order, are:
- Create your first category
- Add your first product
- Create your first bill
- Record your first purchase
- Run your first WhatsApp marketing campaign
- Create your first website
Each row has a button that jumps straight to the right screen.
Today's numbers
Summary cards at the top show Sales Today (your revenue so far today) and B2B Orders Today (incoming B2B orders). Inside a branch shop, the B2B card is hidden (B2B is handled from Main).
Quick actions
A Quick Actions row gives one-tap access — the tiles you see depend on your permissions and what's enabled:
- Create Bill
- Storeflea Mart (your marketplace / customer front)
- Analytics
- Smart Ordering (only if enabled for the shop)
- Website
- New Purchase
Everything else — Inventory, Customers, Accounting, GST, Marketing, Settings — is reachable from the main menu / More.
Multi-shop
If you run more than one shop, a shop switcher lets you pick a branch to see just its numbers, or stay on Main for the combined view. Some dashboard tiles (like the B2B card and a few quick actions) only appear on Main. See the Multi-shop guides.
On a free/basic plan you may also see an upgrade card prompting a paid plan for more features.
