Let Storeflea do routine things for you — like automatic birthday wishes — so customer touchpoints happen without you remembering.
Automations are the "set it and forget it" side of Storeflea: routine actions that run on their own so you don't have to remember them.
What runs automatically today
Several automatic behaviours are already live across Storeflea:
- Birthday & anniversary wishes — WhatsApp greetings sent on the day, optionally with a claimable offer (see Wish your customer).
- Payment invoices — when you pay Storeflea, your invoice is generated and emailed to you automatically (see Subscription & payments).
- Loyalty points — accrue on bills per your rules without manual tracking (see Loyalty cards).
These live where the feature they belong to lives (Wish your customer, Loyalty, Subscription) — you set them up there.
A dedicated Automations feature (coming soon)
A single place to build your own rule-based automations is coming soon — a central Automations screen to create and manage triggers in one spot. Until it lands, use the built-in automatic behaviours above.
Getting value from it

- Turn it on and pick approved templates where messaging is involved.
- Let it run, and check results occasionally.
