Storeflea is built for businesses that outgrow a single counter. You can run many shops (and godowns) under one account and one GSTIN, with a combined view across all of them.

Two levels: businesses and shops

Don't confuse two different things:

Multiple shops (this section) — one business, one GSTIN, with many branches/godowns under it. Catalogue shared, stock per shop.
Multiple businesses — one login owning several separate accounts, each its own business with its own GSTIN and books. See Multiple businesses (one login).

Rule of thumb: same GSTIN + more outlets → add a shop; a genuinely separate entity with its own GSTIN → add a new business.

The model: one account, many shops

One login, one GSTIN for the whole business.
Each shop has its own identity: bill series, stock, staff and dashboard numbers.
A godown is a shop used for storage (see Godown).
The product catalogue is shared, but stock is per shop.
Adding a shop is a paid add-on (see Add a shop).

Main vs a branch

Pick a branch in the shop switcher to work in one shop — its bills, stock and numbers only.
Stay on Main for the combined picture across every shop, and to manage business-wide settings (GSTIN, legal details, accounting).

What's shop-aware

Almost everything: billing (shop-coded series + GST identity), stock and transfers (per shop), staff (assigned per shop), analytics (per-shop or combined), payment collection, and WhatsApp marketing (campaigns tagged by shop). Some business-wide things — GSTIN, legal settings, the wallet and templates — stay at the account level on Main.

); shops are coded within it (branches, and G-coded godowns). Use the business code with support.

Yes — the account has one GSTIN that applies across all shops, managed on the Main branch. Each shop still gets its own shop-coded invoice series so numbers never clash between branches.
