In a multi-shop business, not everyone should see everything. Storeflea lets you assign staff to specific shops, so each person works only where they belong.
Shop assignment
A staff member is granted access to one or more shops. Their shop switcher then lists only those locations, and their bills, stock views and reports are scoped to them. A cashier at Branch A never sees Branch B's numbers.
Permissions control actions
On top of where they work, their permissions control what they can do — billing, inventory, viewing reports, managing customers, and so on. Combine the two:
- A counter cashier at one shop: billing only, that shop only.
- A branch manager: fuller access, but still their branch.
- An owner/admin: all shops, all actions, plus Main (business-wide settings and accounting).

Business-wide settings (GSTIN, legal, accounting, wallet) sit on Main, so only staff with Main access manage them.
