Process the order and bill it like any sale.
Beyond retail customers, Storeflea supports business-to-business ordering — so a wholesaler or distributor can sell to the shops they supply, right inside the app.
Two things switch it on
B2B uses a two-level gate:
- Enable B2B in your settings, and
- Mark specific products as B2B (with B2B-specific fields).
Only then does your B2B catalogue exist for others. (Connecting with businesses is separate and ungated — you can build your network first.)
How it works
- Discover & connect with other shops on the platform.
- Connected businesses browse your B2B products and place orders directly.
- You fulfil and bill the order like any sale, with the buyer as the customer.
Why use it
- Sell wholesale to your regular trade buyers without phone-and-paper ordering.
- Buyers get a live catalogue and self-serve ordering.
- Everything stays in Storeflea — stock, billing and books update together.
B2B and the consumer marketplace (SF Mart) are separate audiences: SF Mart is shoppers discovering you; B2B is businesses ordering from you.
Frequently asked
Can other businesses order from me wholesale on Storeflea?
Yes, via B2B. Enable B2B in settings and mark the products you want to offer to businesses; connected shops can then browse your B2B catalogue and order directly. You fulfil and bill the order like any sale.
How is B2B different from SF Mart?
SF Mart is consumer discovery — shoppers find your products and contact you. B2B is wholesale ordering between businesses — your trade buyers browse a B2B catalogue and place orders directly. They serve different audiences.
