Set up tables & QR codes

Create your tables, print each one's QR code, and place them so dine-in guests can scan and start ordering.

Quick steps

  1. 1

    Enable Smart Ordering

Turn on Smart Ordering for the shop (retail/restaurant shops; hidden for godowns).

  2. 2

    Create your tables

Add your tables so each order can be tied to a seat.

  3. 3

    Print the QR codes

Each table gets its own QR — print and place it on the table.

  4. 4

    Check the menu

Make sure your products/menu are set with prices and images.

Setting up Smart Ordering is mostly a one-time job: define tables, print their codes, make sure the menu looks good.

Create tables

Add each table in your shop. Tying an order to a specific table lets your staff know exactly where to serve, and lets a guest add more items to the same order during the meal.

Every table has its own QR code. Print it and place it where guests can scan easily. Scanning a table's code opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to your shop (the table is encoded in it); once the guest sends it, your shop replies with an ordering link to the menu for that table.

Make the menu shine

The menu guests see is your products — so:

  • Set clear names, prices and GST rates.
  • Add images — dining orders lift a lot with photos.
  • Organise with categories (Starters, Mains, Desserts) for easy browsing.

Ready to serve

Once tables, QR codes and menu are set, guests can scan and order. Manage what comes in from the Manage orders screen.

Multi-shop: set this up per shop that offers dine-in. A godown won't show Smart Ordering at all.

Frequently asked

How do I create table QR codes for ordering in Storeflea?

Enable Smart Ordering for the shop, create your tables, then print each table's own QR code and place it on the table. Scanning it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to your shop; the guest sends it and your shop replies with an ordering link to that table's menu, and they order from their seat.

What menu do customers see when they scan?

Your products — with their names, prices and images. Set clear prices and GST rates, add photos, and organise items into categories (Starters, Mains, Desserts) so the on-phone menu is easy to browse.
