Send a WhatsApp campaign

Pick an audience, choose an approved template, and send a WhatsApp campaign — with the cost reserved from your wallet and settled on delivery.

Quick steps

  1. 1

    Create the campaign (draft)

Open WhatsApp marketing → new campaign. It starts as a draft: give it a name, pick the audience, and set a cooldown.

  2. 2

    Choose the audience

Select who to reach — all customers, a static list, or a segment — and optionally review the recipient list (tick/untick).

  3. 3

    Attach a template

Add an approved template and fill in its variables.

  4. 4

    Preview the cost & fund

Storeflea shows the estimated cost and holds it from your wallet when you fund the campaign.

  5. 5

    Run & track

Send it; watch delivery live. The wallet settles to the actual sent count and releases anything unused.

A campaign is a one-to-many WhatsApp message to a chosen group of customers — offers, new arrivals, reminders. Storeflea keeps it simple and the billing fair.

Building a campaign

A campaign is born as a draft and comes together in stages:

  1. Draft — name it, pick the audience (all customers, a static list, or a segment), and set a cooldown (so the same customer isn't messaged too often). You can review the recipient list and tick/untick individuals.
  2. Template — attach an approved template and fill its variables (name, offer, etc.). Personalisation lifts response.
  3. Fund — preview the estimated cost and fund the campaign from your wallet.
  4. Run — send, and watch delivery live.

Target sensibly and respect the cooldown — relevance keeps your number healthy and opt-outs low. Customers can opt out, and Storeflea handles that automatically.

How you're charged: reserve-and-settle

Storeflea uses a reserve-and-settle wallet model so you're never over-charged:

  • On send, the estimated cost is reserved (held) from your wallet.
  • As messages actually send, the wallet settles to the real count.
  • Anything reserved but not used is released back.

So the held amount protects against overspend, and you only pay for what truly went out.

Multi-shop

Campaigns are shop-tagged: a branch runs its own; Main sees all campaigns and can drill in. Per-shop variables (shop name, address, map link) fill in for the right branch. The wallet and templates stay business-wide.

For pre-written seasonal messages you can send without authoring, use the Festival marketing library.
